Meet Dr. Robert Sharpe
About Me
Dr. Sharpe is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract and glaucoma surgery. He provides advanced technology cataract surgery and has a special interest in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, which can help lower eye pressure with less recovery time than traditional methods. His expertise includes a range of surgical options, from laser-assisted procedures to advanced lens implants.
He completed a fellowship in glaucoma and cataract surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine and is actively involved in research to improve glaucoma treatments and surgical techniques. Dr. Sharpe is a member of the American Glaucoma Society and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and he has authored numerous research papers and textbook chapters in the field.
