Dr. Morgan Frechie

Dr. Morgan Frechie is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma, cataract, and complex anterior segment surgery. She provides individualized plans that may include eye-drop therapy, laser procedures, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), or traditional operations when needed. During cataract surgery she offers advanced lens technologies and careful co-management of glaucoma to optimize safety and vision.

Dr. Frechie trained in a busy health-system caring for trauma and advanced disease before completing a glaucoma fellowship. She enjoys partnering with patients over the long term, explaining each step in plain language and aligning treatment with daily life. Her clinical interests also include dislocated intraocular lenses, aphakia management, and laser treatments such as SLT and YAG capsulotomy.
