Dr. Vikisha Hazariwala

Vikisha Hazariwala, DO ("Dr. Viki"), is a pediatric ophthalmologist who also cares for adults with eye muscle disorders. She enjoys partnering with families to treat amblyopia and strabismus, and helps patients with concerns ranging from congenital ptosis and tear-duct obstruction to pediatric cataracts. Dr. Hazariwala is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and joined Eye Physicians of Central Florida in October 2024.

Dr. Hazariwala earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed an ophthalmology residency at Beaumont Health Taylor Hospital, and pursued fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology at Lurie Children’s Hospital, Northwestern University. She offers a thoughtful, child-friendly approach and clear explanations at every visit, and collaborates closely with pediatricians and therapists when vision issues affect learning or development. For appropriate patients, she also provides options such as tear-duct procedures, eyelid surgery and corneal cross-linking for keratoconus. She welcomes children and adults seeking compassionate, specialized care for eye alignment, vision development and complex pediatric eye conditions.
