Dr. Teresa E. Fowler is a vitreoretinal surgery fellow at Palmetto Retina Center, where she cares for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical retina conditions. She earned her MD from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. During residency she also completed a Master of Public Health through Augusta University, reflecting a strong interest in patient-centered care and population health.
