Originally from Kathmandu and raised in Michigan, Dr. Wagley earned his MD at Michigan State University and completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota, where he served as Chief Resident. He then pursued a two-year vitreoretinal fellowship at VitreoRetinal Surgery (now Retina Consultants of Minnesota) in Minneapolis. He joined Iowa Retina Consultants in 2022 and remains active in research and teaching.
