About Me
Dr. Rachel H. Lee is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and cataract surgery at Consulting Ophthalmologists, PC. She welcomes patients for routine eye exams, cataract consultations, and evaluation and management of glaucoma. Dr. Lee explains findings in plain language and works with patients to align treatment with daily needs, from drops and laser to surgery when appropriate.
After graduating summa cum laude from Yale College, Dr. Lee earned her medical degree at Stanford School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics at Columbia University. She completed ophthalmology residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and a glaucoma fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Before returning to Connecticut in 2024, she served as an assistant professor of ophthalmology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai.
