Dr. Parastou Abedi

Dr. Parastou Abedi is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon with a comprehensive practice. She completed her undergraduate and graduate training in Biology and Neurosciences at UCLA, where she also published research at the Jules Stein Eye Institute. She attended medical school at the University of California, Irvine, and completed her ophthalmology residency at the UC San Diego Shiley Eye Center.

Dr. Abedi now specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery, as well as medical and surgical eye diseases. She has extensive experience with Botox and hyaluronic acid fillers and received a grant to train other physicians in facial aesthetics. She provides personalized, boutique care with designer eyewear services and remains an active alumni staff member at UCLA, mentoring students.

She was awarded the Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association and has been featured in Coast Magazine. Dr. Abedi is a compassionate physician committed to helping patients achieve their medical and aesthetic goals, treating each patient like family.
