About Me
Dr. Mohammed O. Peracha is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery. He provides comprehensive care for conditions affecting the retina and vitreous, such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachment, and macular holes. Dr. Peracha uses advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques to help preserve and restore vision.
Dr. Peracha completed his medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine, followed by an internship at St. John Hospital and Medical Center, an ophthalmology residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine - Detroit Medical Center, and a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and practices at Medical Associates Clinic - West in Dubuque, Iowa.
