Dr. Mira Amin

Dr. Mira Amin is a cornea and refractive surgeon who helps patients with bothersome ocular surface symptoms and vision-limiting corneal disease get back to the activities they love. She evaluates dry eye, pterygium, corneal scarring, and keratoconus and offers advanced options ranging from tailored medical therapy to laser vision correction and modern cataract surgery. Her consultations emphasize listening, explaining findings, and matching treatment to each patient’s goals.

Board certified in ophthalmology, Dr. Amin earned her MD at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. She completed ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate, where she served as chief resident, followed by fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina.
