He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed ophthalmology residency training through the U.S. Air Force at Wilford Hall and Brooke Army Medical Center. Before specializing in ophthalmology, Dr. Earley served as a flight surgeon for six years, including deployments and international assignments. He later served as Chief of Ophthalmology at a military medical center, where he was recognized for consistently high patient satisfaction. Dr. Clayton Patrick is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon dedicated to safe, precise care and easy-to-understand guidance at every visit. Born and raised in Louisiana, he provides full-service eye care—from routine evaluations and medical management to advanced cataract surgery with modern lens technologies—and enjoys partnering with patients to choose the approach that best fits their goals. Dr. Patrick earned his medical degree at LSU Health New Orleans and completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. He later stayed on as faculty and received a Teacher of the Year award for his contributions to surgical education before returning home to serve patients in the Baton Rouge area.

Dr. Benjamin Appelo is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who treats a full spectrum of eye disease with a focus on cataract and refractive surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. Dr. Appelo graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University and earned his MD at the Florida State University College of Medicine. He completed his Ophthalmology residency through the U.S. Air Force at Brooke Army Medical Center, later serving as Medical Director of the Ophthalmology Department at Keesler Medical Center and teaching refractive and cataract surgery to residents.
