About Me
Dr. Lauren E. Hock is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist at Wills Eye Hospital and an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for the full spectrum of glaucoma, from early detection and medical therapy to advanced laser and surgical options. Patients value her clear explanations and thoughtful, team-based approach to protecting vision over the long term.
Dr. Hock completed glaucoma fellowship training at Wills Eye Hospital after ophthalmology residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics and medical school at Rush Medical College. Her work has been recognized with honors including the Rick Bay Excellence in Eyecare Education Scholarship and the Hansjoerg E. Kolder Memorial Humanitarian Award. She is committed to education and innovation in glaucoma care for patients across the Philadelphia region.
