About Me
Dr. Hajir Dadgostar is a retina specialist in Los Angeles, holding both an MD and a PhD in Molecular Biology. He completed the prestigious UCLA Medical Scientist Training Program, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors. His ophthalmology residency was conducted at the Stein Eye Institute, followed by a surgical fellowship in vitreoretinal diseases at the Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute.
Dr. Dadgostar has been honored with the highly distinguished Heed Foundation Fellowship award. He is a past President of the Los Angeles Society of Ophthalmology and the Academy of Persian American Physicians. His research has been recognized with awards, and he has authored numerous invited book chapters on retinal conditions and treatments.
