About Me

Dr. Gennady Landa is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology and Director of Retina Services at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. He is a full-time faculty member with focused expertise in the surgery of complex cataracts, intraocular lens malposition, and diseases of the macula, retina, and vitreous. He utilizes cutting-edge surgical techniques to provide exceptional care for a range of conditions, including diabetic ocular complications, retinal tears, and age-related macular degeneration.

In addition to his clinical and administrative roles, Dr. Landa is Vice-Chair for Clinical Integration of the Department of Ophthalmology at Mount Sinai and is an active researcher.
