About Me
Dr. Connie Wu is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in glaucoma and expertise in cataract and complex glaucoma surgery. She completed the combined BA/MD program at Brown University, graduating with highest distinction and election to Alpha Omega Alpha. Her ophthalmology residency and glaucoma fellowship were completed at the renowned Wills Eye Hospital, where she received the William Tasman Outstanding Fellow Award.
Dr. Wu specializes in a full range of glaucoma treatments, including MIGS procedures, trabeculectomy, tube shunts, laser therapies, and cataract surgery with advanced technology lenses. She is passionate about forming long-term partnerships with her patients through individualized, evidence-based care.
With prior experience as an assistant professor at the world renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and a current adjunct clinical instructor at Stanford, Dr. Wu has authored numerous publications, contributed to the Wills Eye Manual, and served as an invited instructor at national ophthalmology conferences. Her research interests include surgical innovation, glaucoma laser therapies, and improving access to care.
She is an active member of major ophthalmic societies and has strong roots in the Bay Area, where she enjoys serving her community.
