About Me
Dr. Karen Chen is a glaucoma specialist with advanced training in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, laser therapies, and cataract procedures. She earned her MD from Stanford and completed a master’s in epidemiology at the University of Cambridge as a Gates Cambridge Scholar. Her postgraduate training includes residency at Washington University in St. Louis and fellowship at Massachusetts Eye and Ear.
With a strong foundation in public health, Dr. Chen integrates holistic, patient-centered care with a focus on innovation.
