Dr. Chi Mong Or

Dr. Blake Snyder is a uveitis and medical cornea specialist with a passion for global ophthalmology and patient-centered care. He enjoys partnering with people to clarify complex diagnoses and craft treatment plans that balance effectiveness and quality of life. His clinical experience spans inflammatory eye disease, cataract surgery, eyelid procedures, MIGS for glaucoma, and office-based retina care, and he is equally comfortable caring for children and adults. A Colorado native, Dr. Snyder graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado, earned his MD at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and completed internship at Sky Ridge Medical Center. He served as Chief Resident during ophthalmology residency at UC Davis, then returned to UCSF’s Francis I. Proctor Foundation for fellowship in uveitis and medical cornea before joining Stanford as a Clinical Instructor and Global Ophthalmology Fellow. His work has been recognized with awards from ARVO, CAEPS/AAO, and UC Davis, and he remains active in research and education.

Dr. Judy L. Chen is a uveitis and glaucoma specialist at the UCLA Stein Eye Institute and Doheny Eye Centers UCLA. She provides thoughtful, team-based care for patients with ocular inflammation, glaucoma, and cataracts, with a focus on early diagnosis and treatments that preserve comfort and vision. Board-certified in ophthalmology, she offers both medical and surgical options and explains each plan in plain language so patients know what to expect before, during, and after treatment. Dr. Chen completed fellowship training in uveitis at UCLA and glaucoma at UC Davis, following residency at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary and medical school at UCLA. Her academic work centers on uveitic and steroid-induced glaucoma and the perioperative management of uveitis, and she has authored peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in these areas. She enjoys teaching residents and fellows and partners closely with referring providers to coordinate care for complex inflammatory eye disease and cataract cases.
