Dr. Alec Amram

Dr. Spencer D. Fuller is a vitreoretinal surgeon at HD Retina Eye Center. He provides medical and surgical care for macular disease, retinal tears and detachments, diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, and inherited retinal disorders. Patients describe him as thoughtful and detail-oriented, with a clear, compassionate approach to discussing images and outlining treatment choices. Dr. Fuller completed ophthalmology residency at Washington University in St. Louis and a two-year vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at the Moran Eye Center, where he earned a VitreoRetinal Surgery Foundation research award. He also holds an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and serves as adjunct faculty, reflecting his commitment to education and population-focused eye care. Dr. Par is a fellowship-trained, board-certified vitreoretinal specialist who provides advanced medical and surgical retina care. He has been caring for ophthalmology patients since 2011 and focuses on helping people understand their diagnosis and feel confident in a clear, step-by-step treatment plan. He earned a B.A. in Biochemistry at New York University and completed medical school at New York University School of Medicine, including research honors with a focus on retinal disease. After completing ophthalmology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, Dr. Par pursued a two-year vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Center/Illinois Retina Associates. His work includes both office-based treatments and complex vitreoretinal surgery, and he has a strong interest in retinal imaging and innovative surgical techniques.
