Dr. Tod A. McMillan is a vitreoretinal specialist at Southeastern Retina Associates in Knoxville, Tennessee. He treats a wide range of retinal and vitreous conditions, including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and retinal detachments. Dr. McMillan is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine.
With advanced fellowship training in vitreoretinal disease and surgery from Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary of Harvard Medical School, Dr. McMillan brings extensive expertise to his practice. He joined Southeastern Retina Associates in 1997 and has since been providing specialized care for patients in the Knoxville area. His background includes a medical degree from East Tennessee State University and a residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
