Dr. Tavish Nanda is a vitreoretinal surgeon whose practice spans the full range of medical and surgical retina care. He earned his medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and completed ophthalmology residency at Columbia University Medical Center/NewYork-Presbyterian, where he served as chief resident. He then completed a two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery and medical retina at the New England Eye Center/Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston with affiliations at Massachusetts Eye and Ear and Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Nanda treats complex retinal disease—from tractional and rhegmatogenous retinal detachments to macular disorders—and performs cutting-edge procedures informed by participation in numerous clinical trials. He is board certified in ophthalmology, has presented nationally and internationally, and is active in teaching.
