About Me
Dr. Collur is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in glaucoma. She provides comprehensive eye care, including cataract surgery with premium lens implants, advanced glaucoma management with minimally invasive procedures, laser vision correction, and treatment for dry eye disease, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and other conditions. She also performs upper lid blepharoplasty.
Dr. Collur trained at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, completed a fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, and gained experience at Royal Liverpool University Hospital. After relocating to the United States, she completed an internship, residency, and glaucoma fellowship. She currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, and her international experience gives her a unique perspective on patient care.
