Dr. Shelly Jain

Dr. Shelly Jain is an ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and comprehensive eye care at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She chose this specialty because she values the one-on-one relationships physicians have with patients and enjoys improving their quality of life. As an Ohio native, she takes pride in serving her community and was drawn to Ohio State after a family member received excellent, compassionate care there.

Dr. Jain focuses on preventing vision loss through early detection and management of glaucoma and other eye diseases. She enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families as she works with them throughout their treatment. Her goal is to provide thorough eye exams, clearly explain each patient's condition, address any fears, and answer all questions to ensure the best possible care.
