About Me
Dr. Sara Duke is a board-certified ophthalmologist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care. An Idaho native, she completed her undergraduate education at Willamette University and earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. Her ophthalmology surgical training was completed at Loyola University Hospital in Chicago.
Dr. Duke has extensive experience in treating conditions such as cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, uveitis, pterygium, and oculoplastic or eyelid disorders. She returned to Idaho in 2014 to join the North Idaho Eye Institute, where she offers world-class care with a local touch. Outside of practice, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family and supports local charities like the Idaho Youth Ranch and The Children’s Village, as well as participating in humanitarian trips to Peru.
