Dr. Ryan Friedman

Dr. Friedman is a Jacksonville native and graduate of Jacksonville High School. He completed his undergraduate training at Ouachita Baptist University and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He then completed a one-year internship in internal medicine and his residency training in ophthalmology at UAMS, where he received the UAMS Department of Ophthalmology “Resident of the Year” award in 2011.

Dr. Friedman joined Eye Physicians and Surgeons in 2011 and practices as a comprehensive ophthalmologist. He treats medical and surgical conditions of the eye and performs routine eye exams. Dr. Friedman is excited to have the opportunity to practice in his hometown and looks forward to serving the eye care needs of the community.
