Dr. Robert Eisenberg

Dr. Robert Eisenberg is a board-certified practitioner in the treatment and management of ocular disease with over 30 years of experience in eye care. He earned his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College and graduated from the Texas College of Ophthalmologist in 1982. Dr. Eisenberg serves on the Clinical Care Committee of the Texas Optometric Association and acts as a preceptor for the Texas College of Ophthalmologist, as well as an examiner for the National Boards.

At his practice in Irving, Texas, Dr. Eisenberg provides comprehensive eye care for a variety of conditions including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, keratoconus, strabismus, and amblyopia. He offers services such as LASIK surgery, contact lens exams and fittings, cataract surgery, and Botox injections. Dr. Eisenberg has lectured extensively on contact lenses, corneal mapping, and the co-management of refractive and cataract surgery.

Dr. Eisenberg has held leadership roles as president of several professional associations, including the Texas Optometric Association and the Chester-Delaware Optometric Society, and has served on committees focused on eye protection and eye care.
