About Me
Dr. Robert R. McCulloch is a board-certified ophthalmologist and refractive, cataract, and corneal surgeon. He served as the Senior Cataract Surgeon with Horizon Eye Specialist & Lasik Center and as Medical Director for the Lasik Center, bringing extensive experience with over 10,000 Lasik and refractive treatments and 20,000 cataract or corneal transplant procedures.
A native of Phoenix, Dr. McCulloch practiced in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area for over twenty years. He is an active member in several medical societies including the American Medical Association, the Association for Research, Vision in Ophthalmology, and the Association of Microbiology and Immunology Group.
Dr. McCulloch earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed an internship at Creighton, an ophthalmology residency at Baylor College of Medicine, and a fellowship in corneal and external disease at Baylor College of Medicine.
