Dr. Joshua Duncan

Dr. Joshua K. Duncan is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who focuses on cataract, cornea, and refractive surgery. He offers laser cataract surgery with presbyopia-correcting lens options and routinely manages complex cataract and intraocular lens cases. Dr. Duncan also performs LASIK, PRK, and Visian® ICL™ and provides comprehensive care for ocular surface disease. Patients appreciate his clear explanations, meticulous surgical technique, and commitment to individualized care and excellent outcomes. Phoenix-born and raised, Dr. Duncan earned his medical degree from Midwestern University and completed an internal medicine internship at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. He trained in ophthalmology at the University of Arizona in Tucson and completed a cornea, refractive, and anterior segment fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, one of the nation’s leading programs. Outside the clinic he enjoys biking, trail running, and time with family.
