Priyanka Chhadva, MD is an ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract, corneal, and anterior segment surgery. Dr. Chhadva cares for patients at Marshburn Eye Center in Whittier, CA. Her goal is to provide personalized care to each patient by using the most effective and current treatments possible.

Dr. Chhadva completed a distinguished fellowship in Cornea, External Diseases, and Refractive Surgery at the University of California, Irvine. She also completed a year-long research fellowship at the world-renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. Prior to this, she was at the University of Illinois Chicago – Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary for residency and earned her medical degree from the University of Miami in Florida.

During her training, Dr. Chhadva authored numerous journal articles, scientific abstracts, and textbook chapters and presented her work at many national ophthalmology conferences. She has dedicated time to community outreach by volunteering with medical missions in Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and India. Additionally, she currently serves as a clinical instructor at the University of California, Irvine, teaching ophthalmology residents, fellows, and medical students. As an asset to our diverse community of patients, Dr. Chhadva is fluent in Spanish and Gujarati.
