About Me
Dr. Pouya N. Dayani is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the retina and vitreous. His practice focuses on managing complex retinal conditions, with a particular expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of uveitis.
Dr. Dayani completed his ophthalmology residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University Medical Center and a two-year vitreoretinal surgical fellowship at Duke University Eye Center. He further advanced his training with a specialized fellowship in uveitis at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.
In addition to uveitis, his main clinical areas include age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, macular surgery, and retinal detachment. He is actively involved in clinical research and pivotal multicenter trials, contributing to advancements in retinal care.
