Dr. Mona Adeli

Dr. Mona Adeli is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and assistant professor at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She specializes in cataract surgery, LASIK, and refractive surgery, and also treats a wide range of other eye conditions including dry eye, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Dr. Adeli enjoys the variety of patients and disease processes she encounters in her clinic and loves being able to educate patients on their conditions and treatment options, working together with them to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

Dr. Adeli has been named to Castle Connolly's Regional Top Doctors list and is the recipient of "The Golden Bowtie" Paul A. Weber Award for Humanism in Ophthalmology. She serves as Director of Community Outreach for the OSU Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and two labrador retrievers.
