Dr. Nicholas Scoville

Nicholas Scoville, MD, is a general ophthalmologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He regularly cares for patients with dry eyes, cataracts, ocular trauma, corneal ulcers, medical glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration. He also specializes in managing ophthalmic conditions for those admitted to the hospital.

He considers it a sacred privilege to care for someone and greatly appreciates the trust that patients place in him. He is excited to be part of the ophthalmology team at The Ohio State University, where an incredible sense of community unites and motivates the team to selflessly use their talents to help improve the lives of others. He is also proud to help train future physicians in his role as an assistant professor at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. His research focuses on developing strategies that can improve patient outcomes in ocular trauma cases and on improving the quality and efficiency of ophthalmic health care delivery for hospitalized patients.
