About Me
Dr. Luke B. Lindsell is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of retinal and vitreous conditions. He provides comprehensive care for a wide range of retinal diseases, including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachment, macular pucker, and macular hole. Dr. Lindsell also has special clinical interests in ocular trauma, retinal imaging, and retinal electrophysiology, bringing advanced diagnostic and treatment approaches to his practice.
Dr. Lindsell earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, following an optometry degree from Indiana University and a bachelor's degree in biology from Wabash College. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati, where he served as Chief Resident, and subsequently completed a two-year fellowship in retina at The Retina Group of Washington, Georgetown University Hospital, and Washington Hospital Center. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Cincinnati, actively teaching residents and fellows in vitreoretinal surgery.
