Dr. Robert E. Foster is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in diseases of the retina, macula, and vitreous at Cincinnati Eye Institute. He provides comprehensive care for conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and retinal vascular diseases. With a strong interest in medical and surgical management of these conditions, Dr. Foster offers advanced treatment options to help preserve and improve vision.
