About Me
Dr. Loren S. Jack is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in retinal and vitreous conditions. He provides comprehensive care for diseases such as macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, uveitis, and retinopathy of prematurity. His surgical expertise includes repairing retinal tears and detachment, treating epiretinal membranes, and managing macular holes and puckers.
Dr. Jack completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of South Carolina, where he served as clinical chief resident, and furthered his training with a vitreoretinal fellowship at the Stanley M. Truhlsen Eye Institute. He has been involved in clinical research on therapeutic interventions for macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and uveitis.
He is an active member of professional organizations including the American Society of Retina Specialists and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. In his personal time, Dr. Jack enjoys outdoor activities with his family in the Pacific Northwest.
