Dr. Levon Djenderedjian (Dr. DJ) is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and cataract surgery. A California native, he completed ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, followed by a glaucoma fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in Manhattan. He returned to the Bay Area to establish his practice and now helps patients protect and restore vision using both modern and time-tested approaches. Dr. Djenderedjian treats the full spectrum of glaucoma, offering minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries (MIGS) such as iStent, goniotomy, and canaloplasty as well as traditional procedures including trabeculectomy and tube shunt surgery when advanced pressure lowering is required. He also performs cataract surgery with attention to lens selection and recovery to meet each patient’s visual goals.
