Dr. Kevin Kovach

Dr. Kevin J. Kovach is a board-certified ophthalmologist with 30 years of clinical and surgical experience serving patients throughout the Chicago area. As the founder and medical director of Kovach Eye Institute, he specializes in advanced vision correction procedures including LASIK, SMILE LASIK, EVO ICL, and PRK, as well as cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses.

Dr. Kovach provides comprehensive management of a wide range of eye conditions, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, keratoconus, corneal disease, and dry eye syndrome. He was the first surgeon in Illinois to perform SMILE LASIK and EVO ICL, reflecting his commitment to bringing cutting-edge technology to his patients.
