Natalie DeBolske, MD, is a glaucoma subspecialist who also performs cataract surgery. She completed her glaucoma fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and ophthalmology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, earning recognition for both research and surgical excellence. Patients value her calm, thorough explanations and her focus on individualized plans that protect vision over the long term. Dr. DeBolske received her MD from Baylor College of Medicine after graduating summa cum laude in biochemistry (with a Spanish minor) from the University of Arizona. At Loh Ophthalmology Associates/Eye Physicians of Florida, she treats the full spectrum of glaucoma, offers minimally invasive and laser procedures, and provides cataract care when appropriate. Dr. Kenzo J. Koike is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who cares for patients with a wide range of eye conditions, with special expertise in glaucoma and complex cataracts. He provides both medical and surgical treatment, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and focuses on helping patients understand their options and feel confident about their care plan. He trained in ophthalmology at the Storm Eye Institute at the Medical University of South Carolina and then completed glaucoma fellowship training at the Cullen Eye Institute of Baylor College of Medicine. He is active in local and national ophthalmology communities and is passionate about service—supporting sustainable eye-care efforts through international mission work and community-focused nonprofit involvement.

Joah F. Aliancy, MD, is a glaucoma specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist dedicated to combining advanced techniques with compassionate, community-minded care. A Florida native, he founded Clermont Eye Institute after several years in group practice and now provides both surgical and medical management for glaucoma alongside modern cataract surgery. He works closely with each patient to match treatment intensity to disease severity and life priorities, from medication plans to laser therapy and lens choices. Dr. Aliancy trained in ophthalmology at Columbia University’s Harkness Eye Institute, served as clinic chief resident, and completed a glaucoma fellowship at the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center. He also completed an ocular pathology fellowship at the Moran Eye Center and has participated in funded research on telemedicine glaucoma screening and intraocular lens biocompatibility.
