Dr. Krishna Kishor
About Me
Kishor S. Krishna, M.D., is an associate professor of clinical ophthalmology at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Palm Beach Gardens. He completed his medical education and ophthalmology residency at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), followed by a glaucoma fellowship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. He also completed an honorary fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and served as visiting faculty at Arasan Eye Hospital in India.
Dr. Kishor is a past president of the Florida Society of Ophthalmology and the Florida Glaucoma Society. In 2011, he received the Michael R. Redmond, MD Outstanding Young Ophthalmologist Award. His research interests include analyzing surgical outcomes through big data to optimize patient care, and he has been a recipient of the Leonard and Norma Klorfine Foundation Grant for glaucoma research since 2014.
