Dr. Jason Nguyen

Dr. Jason Nguyen is a board-certified cataract and refractive surgeon who provides comprehensive ophthalmic care in Oklahoma City. An Oklahoma native, he completed residency at the West Virginia University Eye Institute, where he served as Chief Resident, and returned home to care for patients in his community. His practice offers modern cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and minimally invasive glaucoma procedures, with a focus on safety, visual quality, and quick recovery.

Dr. Nguyen earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, completed an internship at OU Health Sciences Center, and conducted research at the Moran Eye Center that led to multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. Having personally undergone cataract surgery and LASIK, he brings a unique patient perspective to every consultation. He believes in clear, down-to-earth explanations and collaborative decision-making so patients understand their options and feel confident about their care.
