Dr. Jason Handler

Dr. Jason P. Handler is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, where he served as chief resident.

Originally from North Carolina, Dr. Handler has been practicing at Cabarrus Eye Center since 2009. He is active in numerous professional organizations, including the American Board of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the Cabarrus County Medical Society, where he served as Vice President in 2013.
