Meet Dr. Joshua Rheinbolt

Dr. Joshua Rheinbolt is an ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon serving patients in Concord, NC. He provides a broad range of eye care, including comprehensive eye exams and treatment for common eye problems. His clinical expertise is particularly focused on cataracts, and he performs cataract surgery, laser-assisted cataract surgery, and refractive lens exchange.

Dr. Rheinbolt completed his undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned his medical degree from Columbia University. He then completed an internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital and an ophthalmology residency at the University of Pittsburgh. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and maintains active membership in the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons and the North Carolina Ophthalmology Society.
