About Me
Dr. Everton Arrindell is a retinal surgeon specializing in vitreoretinal diseases. He treats conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and retinal detachments, and has extensive experience in the surgical management of complex retinal detachments.
Dr. Arrindell completed his medical degree at the University of Iowa and his ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan, followed by a vitreoretinal fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He has held academic appointments at Meharry Medical College and Vanderbilt University, and has served as an Associate Examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology since 1997. He joined Tennessee Retina in 2008 after maintaining a solo private retinal practice.
He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retinal Specialists.
