About Me
Dr. Trent Wallace is a retina specialist at Tennessee Retina in Nashville. He earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from Vanderbilt University and completed his medical degree at Emory University, where he also finished his ophthalmology residency. He went on to complete a two-year vitreoretinal fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Since returning to Nashville in 1992, he has been providing advanced retinal care and joined Tennessee Retina in 2008.
Dr. Wallace has a particular interest in treating retinal lesions, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and performing retinal detachment surgery. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Wallace emphasizes the importance of vision and is dedicated to offering state-of-the-art care to his patients throughout the region.
