Dr. Eric Schneider

Dr. Eric Schneider is a retina specialist at Tennessee Retina, known for his patient-focused approach and excellent communication. He joined the practice in 2014 and completed a prestigious retina fellowship at Duke University, a leading program in vitreoretinal surgery.

His clinical expertise includes medical and surgical treatments for macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, and complex retinal detachments. Dr. Schneider is actively involved in research, having published over 15 articles and book chapters on retinal conditions, and he frequently presents at national retina conferences.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Schneider enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and exploring Nashville's food scene. He sees patients at the Nashville, Hendersonville, and Cookeville offices.
