Dr. Derek Denney is a comprehensive ophthalmologist serving patients in St. George, Utah. A Utah native, he graduated with high honors from Weber State University, earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed internship at Intermountain Medical Center followed by ophthalmology residency at Indiana University, where he gained broad experience in cataract surgery, glaucoma and retina care, and urgent eye problems. Dr. Denney provides full-spectrum medical and surgical eye care—from routine exams and cataract surgery to management of chronic conditions like diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration.
