Dr. Bayan Al Othman is a neuro-ophthalmologist who evaluates visual problems that arise where the eyes and brain meet. Dr. Al Othman completed fellowships in Neuro-Ophthalmology at Houston Methodist Hospital and Michigan State University, followed by a Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Iowa. She previously completed ophthalmology residency at King Abdullah University Hospital after earning her medical degree from the Jordan University of Science & Technology. Dr. Natalie Brossard Barbosa is a neuro-ophthalmologist at the Flaum Eye Institute who cares for adults with complex visual symptoms that don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis. Originally from Uruguay, Dr. Brossard Barbosa earned a master’s degree in cellular and molecular biology and completed medical school and ophthalmology residency training before pursuing subspecialty fellowships in Toronto and at the University of Rochester. She is active in education and has presented at national neuro-ophthalmology meetings. Her goal is to deliver answers and relief where possible, and to support patients with clear plans and communication when conditions require long-term monitoring.
