Scott Forman, MD, is an Associate Clinical Ophthalmologist specializing in adult and pediatric neuro-ophthalmology. With more than three decades of experience, he provides expert care for complex neuro-ophthalmic conditions affecting both adults and children. His clinical expertise includes diagnosing and managing conditions such as double vision, optic nerve disease, optic neuritis, nystagmus, headaches, anisocoria, and unexplained vision loss.
