Dr. Courtney Ondeck

Dr. Matthew Leidl is an ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist at Boston Medical Center and an Assistant Professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. He provides medical and surgical care for glaucoma, partnering with patients to monitor vision, manage eye pressure, and preserve sight over time. He also evaluates and treats cataracts, helping patients understand when surgery may be helpful and what to expect before and after a procedure. Dr. Leidl completed medical school at Temple University and then pursued ophthalmology training at Nassau University Medical Center, followed by glaucoma fellowship training at the West Virginia University Eye Institute. He is committed to clear communication and practical planning, so patients feel informed and supported at each step of their care.

Brigette Cole, MD, is a glaucoma specialist who cares for patients across Western Massachusetts at Longwood Eye & LASIK Center. She values long-term relationships and clear communication, taking time to understand each person’s history and vision goals before recommending a plan. Patients can expect a thorough exam and a discussion of medical and surgical options tailored to disease stage and daily activities. Dr. Cole completed fellowship training in glaucoma at the Casey Eye Institute and Devers Eye Institute in Portland after residency at NYP–Weill Cornell in New York. She remains committed to learning new techniques and bringing advances in glaucoma and cataract care to the community. Her practice spans comprehensive eye care with a focus on protecting the optic nerve and preserving sight over a lifetime.

Dr. Isha Ingle is a glaucoma specialist with over a decade of clinical, surgical, and academic experience spanning India and the United States. She cares for the full spectrum of glaucoma and cataract disease, offering minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), trabeculectomy, tube shunts, combined cataract–glaucoma procedures, and laser treatments. Dr. Ingle also manages related neuro-ophthalmic and optic nerve disorders, and treats common conditions such as dry eye and refractive error. Her training includes multiple advanced fellowships in glaucoma (Henry Ford Health and Aravind Eye Hospital), neuro-ophthalmology (University of Pittsburgh Medical Center), and cornea and refractive surgery (Park Avenue LASEK Center), following ophthalmology residency at Rabindranath Tagore Medical College. Known for a patient-first approach, she focuses on improving quality of life through thoughtful counseling, careful monitoring, and individualized surgical planning for each stage of disease.
