Dr. Courtney Ondeck

Dr. Courtney Ondeck is a glaucoma specialist who focuses on the evaluation and medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma, as well as cataract care. She provides comprehensive care across the spectrum of glaucoma—from early detection and long-term monitoring to advanced surgical options when needed.

In the operating room, Dr. Ondeck performs traditional glaucoma surgeries such as trabeculectomy and glaucoma tube shunts, and she also offers minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). She frequently combines glaucoma procedures with cataract surgery when that approach is appropriate for a patient’s goals and eye health.

Dr. Ondeck is also interested in innovation that may reduce reliance on daily eye drops, drawing on a background in engineering and polymer chemistry to explore new drug-delivery approaches that could simplify glaucoma management for patients.
