About Me
Chad P. Bouchard is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in diseases of the retina and vitreous. He completed advanced fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery and uveitis, and has been involved in clinical trials for diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration, offering patients access to the latest treatments.
His medical career includes graduation from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and service as an Army officer, where he completed his ophthalmology residency and participated in humanitarian eye surgery missions. After honorable discharge in 2017, he focused on retinal care, bringing a wealth of experience to his practice.
Dr. Bouchard is a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists and the American Academy of Ophthalmology, where he served as an Advocacy Ambassador. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive retinal care supported by his specialized training and commitment to patient well-being.
