Dr. Carl Hyder

Dr. Carl Hyder is a board certified ophthalmologist who founded Eye Care Physicians and Surgeons of New Jersey in 1988. With over two decades of experience, he is recognized as a leader in cataract and refractive surgery. He provides surgical corrections for a wide range of vision conditions, including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. Dr. Hyder also has expertise in treating glaucoma, performing corneal transplantations, and diabetic laser surgery.

Dr. Hyder utilizes advanced techniques such as no stitch clear corneal topical anesthesia and offers a variety of intraocular lens implants, including astigmatic and multifocal options. He is known for customizing treatments to optimize outcomes and personally follows each patient before and after surgery.
