Dr. Carolyn Cutney

Dr. Cutney is a board-certified ophthalmologist who performs cataract surgery and laser procedures at the Wills Eye Surgery Center in Cherry Hill. She has special clinical interests in minimizing spectacle dependence after cataract surgery, treating glaucoma, and managing ocular surface disorders including dry eye syndrome. She is trained in presbyopia-correcting intraocular lenses and astigmatism correction options such as toric implants and limbal relaxing incisions.

Dr. Cutney completed her ophthalmology residency at Wills Eye Hospital, where she also mentors residents and teaches cataract surgery. She contributed to updating the Wills Eye Manual, a leading reference in ophthalmology. She earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University.
